Bio

 

Kaitlyn is an actor, singer, dancer, teacher, multi-instrumentalist and choreographer from Regina SK.  Since completing her BFA in Acting from the University of Regina, she has trained with top professionals in Toronto with CBC's Triple Sensation, in Edmonton at the Banff/Citadel Professional Theatre Program, and in Regina with the Globe Theatre Conservatory.  Acting credits include: The Little Mermaid; Us; Bittergirl; Mary Poppins; Johnny Cash: Ring of Fire; Man of La Mancha; Shout Sister; Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story; The Wizard of Oz; Jake and the Kid and Metamorphoses (Globe Theatre); It's A Wonderful Life, Little Women and Ring of Fire (Persephone Theatre); Root, Hog, or Die (Sandbox Series); Cope (Persephone Theatre Youth Series, Sandbox Series at The Globe, Live Five in Saskatoon); Cinderella and Steel Magnolias (Rubarb Productions); Mary Poppins (Western Canada Theatre and Persephone Theatre); Cash: Ring of Fire (Rainbow Stage); The Fan (Odyssey Theatre in Ottawa); As You Like It (Citadel Theatre); The Last Five Years (The Golden Apple Theatre);  Alice In Wonderland and The Hockey Sweater (Sum Theatre).  Kaitlyn is also a choreographer, having choreographed Bring It OnLegally Blonde, and Shrek at Sheldon Williams Collegiate, for Saskatchewan Express' 2013-2016 Casts, and Peter and The Starcatcher, Romeo and Juliet, A Christmas Carol and The Drowning Girls for the Globe Theatre.  Upcoming: Tzeitel in Fiddler on The Roof at Persephone Theatre and Ensemble in Catalyst's newest show The Invisible: Agents of Ungentlemanly Warfare.
